The Triumph TR4 is a sports car produced by the Standard Motor Company, with Sir John Black at the helm, in the United Kingdom in 1961, 1962, 1963, 1964 and1965, during which time 40,253 cars were produced.

The chassis numbers for the car known as the Triumph TR4, range from CT1 (1961) to CT40304 (1965).

The TR4 IRS became commonly known as the Triumph TR4A. The Triumph TR4A started production in 1965 until 1967 with a total of 28,465 deliveries made. 

The Triumph TR4 came with a convertible soft top (drop top, rag top, cabriolet) or Surrey Top.
